PERFECT FOR HYDE PARK EVENTSReally enjoyed our stay here. the staff were always helpful and the hotel is very charming. very much liked the roof terrace, though it could do with a little attention (dead plants etc). i\'ve only marked down the facilities a bit because there was a cocktail menu in the room, but the bar staff told me you don\'t do cocktails, and it was disappointing not to see anything in the cake display stand at any point. only marked down the breakfast a little because the choice was quite limited for a continental breakfast. however, what was there was very nice. would definitely come back!9.2Recommended -

ON THE MENU IN THE INFORMATION PACK IT STATED THAT PORRIDGE WAS AVAILABLE. I ASKED EVERY MORNING OF OUR STAY BUT IT WAS NOT. A MINOR THING AS EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GOOD.A FEW DAYS BEFORE WE CAME TO STAY WITH YOU I CALLED TO ASK THE DRESS CODE FOR THE RESTAURANT AS WE KNEW WE WOULD BE HAVING AN EVENING MEAL. I SPOKE TO TWO PEOPLE (THE PERSON WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE AND ONE FROM THE RESTAURANT) WHO DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT.
